Our Facility
The building was built in the early 60's. The architectural design derived from the Frank Lloyd Wright era, with an organic touch of Mayan tiles which line the front of the building. It has been the tallest building in Hobbs since it was built. The foundation of the building was built to support an additional 5 stories to make it 10 stories total, maybe this original idea can be brought to fruition some day. It has been called "The People's Building" because of the welcoming atmosphere serving the citizens of Hobbs. He believed in Hobbs and its citizens. He wanted to give people the opportunity to pursue their dreams of having their own business and an inviting place to conduct that business. Don left a great example for us to follow and we are still working every day to help you and your business as if y’all were family.
Our Specialities
Our management team has over 30 years combined experience in operating Commercial Office Space. We are honored to continue serving the citizens of Hobbs and follow in the footsteps of Don Garey, which are difficult shoes to fill. We have a team that truly works as such, no one person does everything, however, any one of us can do just that. Our CEO continues to handle contracts and is hands on every tenant's contractual and/or daily needs. Our Property Manager handles tenants day-to -day issues and can visit with you about an office space to suit your needs and or any concerns that you may have. Our Point of Contact is responsible for scheduling appointments, showing potential tenants available suites, and is also there to handle any small issues. Our Building Superintendent is there to handle any maintenance needed for our tenants, the building, the exterior of the building and also oversees the janitorial department.We charge our tenants one low rate to make it easy for people needing an office with no hidden costs or fees.
